  • Do you provide services in Assisted Living?

    Yes, Caring Solutions can send a caregiver into various facilities to help with care, companionship, or outings.

  • Do I pay the Caregivers directly?

    No.  Caring Solutions bills the client weekly for services rendered.

  • How soon could I begin using Caring Solutions services?

    In an emergency situation Caring Solutions can start service immediately.  Generally, Caring Solutions goes out to meet the client(s) and their family in order to obtain a thorough understanding of all the client's needs and expectations.

  • What service areas does Caring Solutions cover?

    Caring Solutions covers Hampden County and surrounding towns.

  • How do you match the clients with the Caregivers?

    Caring Solutions takes many things into consideration when making a match such as: personality, level of care, experienced in the care required by the client,  availability, travel distance to client.

  • Is Caring Solutions bonded, and insured?

    Yes. Caring Solutions is fully bonded and insured in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  • What services does Caring Solutions provide?

    Caring Solutions provides services from
    companionship all the way to hospice care and everything in between.

  • What do I do if something happens to my family member outside of business hours?

    Caring Solutions offers 24/7 on call services with an office staff member and nurse, both well versed in your care.

  • Is your staff fully vaccinated?

    Yes. Caring Solutions follows the states policies for vaccinated employees. We are 100% fully vaccinated and proud of all our staff for making that decision! We pride ourselves on keeping a safe and healthy work environment for our office staff and our caregivers.

  • Does Caring Solutions care for COVID positive patients?

    Yes we do care for COVID positive patients. We use proper protocol. Masks, gloves, hand washing etc.

  • Is Caring Solutions Accreddited through The Home Care Alliance?

    Yes, we are accreddited. We also renew our application each year.
